- Participate in all accounting functions and month-end closing processes in cooperation with our statutory accountants.
- Record financial transactions in SAP and ensure reconciliation with the statutory accounts and intercompany balances.
- Overview of taxes and other statutory submissions in cooperation with outsourced tax consultants.
- Manage the cash flow of the local company and ensure timely collections and timely vendor payments.
- Handle intercompany invoicing and ensure a smooth cash flow process.
- Support in the controlling process of group subsidiaries and in the monthly group invoicing processes.
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements and support the audit process through the preparation of reports and deliverables.
- Assist in special (ad hoc) projects as assigned and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that all required procedures will be properly performed.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting. A master’s degree/ACCA will be considered an asset.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP - experience with SAP is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Assume ownership of tasks and deliver timely to meet deadlines.
