The company's enduring success is attributed to the passion for creativity, the ethics, and dedication of its people, who share the company's vision of making a difference in people’s lives.Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a CMO Supply Chain Planning Senior Officer for the Supply Chain /CMOs department at our Marousi premises.As a CMO Supply Chain Planning Senior Officer the ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting internal/external customers’ demand at the Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) network by achieving excellence in Supply, Compliance, Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction in partnership with the respective functional teams.More particularly:RequirementsWhat you will do:

Be responsible for CMO capacity scheduling
Participate actively in Production Planning and managing day to day operations in the CMOs assigned
Drive inventory management
Track CMO performance utilizing KPIs for monitoring efficiency and productivity
Facilitate Supply, Technical, Quality issues in response to unexpected events on a daily and ad hoc basis
Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders (CMO Supply related issues)
Provide necessary reporting

The ideal candidate should have:

Bachelor/Master in (Life Sciences, Engineering), additional competences in Supply Chain, Business Administration should be considered a plus
At least 4 years of relevant experience in CMO Management and/or Planning in the Pharmaceutical Industry – working towards KPIs

Job-Specific Skills:

Ability to develop effective working processes and relationships with internal/external partners and cross-functional project teams
Excellent communication in English language (writing and speaking)
Proficient SAP user. APO experience is considered a plus
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
