- Prepare and cook dishes within your assigned section,following standardized recipes and specifications.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in your section.
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, and hygienepractices are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering tohealth and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensureefficient and timely production of dishes.
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to quality and presentation standards set by theExecutive Chef.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar rolein a luxury dining establishment, preferably in fine dining or a 5* luxuryhotel kitchen
- Strong knowledge of and experience in a specific culinarysection e.g., fish, meat, grill, larder
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressureenvironment
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion forculinary arts
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Great leadership skills
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to workevenings, weekends, and holidays
