Within this framework, we are looking for an agile and highly motivated “Software Engineer - Mid/Senior Level” to join a team of future shapers.Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, innovative software products that solve real-world problems and meet the requirements and expectations of our clients
Maintain and support existing software systems and ensure their optimal performance, stability and reliability
Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to plan, execute, and review software projects
Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise with them.
Work on multiple complex projects simultaneously and manage their time and tasks effectively
Provide technical support and guidance to clients
Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in software engineering and apply them to their work

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development using Java
Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and testing methodologies
Proficient in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
Experience with web architecture and web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
A customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Fluent in English

Desired Skills

Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Experience working with Spring Boot and Spring Framework
Experience working with WildFly Application Server
Comfortable performing Unit and Integration testing
Experience in front-end development with JavaScript, Angular, React
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch)
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle), including modelling and writing complex queries
Familiarity with microservices architecture and Docker containers
Software engineering tools such as Git and CI/CD (e.g. GitLab, SonarQube)
Familiarity with complete SDLC (design, develop, test, deploy, document, etc.)
