Role Description Restaurant Manager responsibilities include: Manage the dining area and supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies of the restaurant Handle day to day management activities Supervise opening and closing duties Resolving guest complains and ensuring guests satisfaction Lead and coach the team towards achieving the highest level of exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction results through the application of all corporate and property standards and policies Qualifications Proven 3 Years work experience as Floor Manager/Supervisor in a high-end restaurant or hotel Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage Understanding of restaurant etiquette Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining area Excellent problem solving and customer service skills Ability to work independently, as well as lead, manage, and motivate a team Degree in Hospitality/Tourism is an asset Benefits Nammos Group offers a competitive salary with international career development opportunities in our properties Worldwide.
