- Assisting in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food as assigned.
- Cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
- Following all company safety and security policies and procedures.
- Completing the appropriate safety training and certifications.
- Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information/protecting company’s asset
- Previous work experience in a similar position.
- Adequate knowledge of cooking methods, techniques and procedures.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Effective communication skills.
