The destination encompasses five distinct resort areas developed on 1,000 hectares, featuring 5-star hotels, luxury private residences, signature golf courses, and many year-round facilities and activities.The Group also controls Ionian Hotel Enterprises S.A., owner of a historic and flagship property in the center of Athens, which is currently being transformed into a new city destination.Additionally, TEMES has partnered with Lamda Development S.A. with the majority stake in the joint development of two state-of-the-art hotels along with branded residences in the framework of the landmark project of The Ellinikon, which aims to put the ‘Athens Riviera’ on the global tourism map.As a Business and Aviation Development Manager you will support the planning and execution of business and aviation development projects contributing to the success of business development initiatives and to the growth and advancement of Kalamata International Airport network and traffic.Duties

Business Development & Aviation projects: project management and implementation of business plans, team coordination, alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget-conscious project delivery.
Research and analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends to support decision-making. Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations .
Aviation development: Support in the identification and establishment of aviation development opportunities through aviation market research and analysis. Assist in preparation of weekly/monthly/yearly reports on airlines performance, passenger traffic/profile, hotels capture ratio.
Financial Analysis of business and aviation projects: Assist in managing project budgets in accordance with company policies and procedures to ensure minimum risk of investment.

Requirements

Academic: Post graduate studies
Work Experience: 3-5 years.
Technical Skills/Languages: Business and financial analytics, project management, commercial awareness, fluent in English.
Soft skills/Behavioral competences: Organizational skills, accuracy, time management, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, team working.
Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
