- Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and warm manner.
- Overseeing incoming and outgoing couriers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Efficiently managing email correspondence
- Handling incoming phone calls and directing them to the relevant departments
- Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area reflecting the brands' image
- Providing administrative assistance to management and staff, including document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring equipment is in working order
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting HR team with basic clerical duties and HR activities
- Liaising with building management, cleaners, and maintenance personnel as needed
- Helping organize company events, internal meetings, or sample sales
- Maintaining confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Upholding the company’s brand standards and values in all communications and interactions.
- University/college degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially excel & ppt) and office equipment
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
