- Building strong relationships with clients and assisting with product selection and trials
- Handle the entire order process, from packaging parcels and issuing documents to creating shipping labels for courier companies.
- Organize and restock inventory to ensure all products are available.
- Answer customer phone calls and provide updates on order status.
- Assist customers in the physical store, helping them find products and driving sales.
- Draft offers for wholesale customers
- Processing and tracking orders through the ERP system (Pylon)
- Preparing and following up on quotations and sales proposals
- Previous work experience in a sales role (1–2 years)
- Familiarity with ERP software would be a plus
- Experience managing phone/email communications with B2B clients
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) on a daily basis
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to listen actively, articulate ideas clearly, and persuade others effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a sales pipeline, and meet deadlines
- Capacity to think on your feet and provide creative solutions to client challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively and positively with colleagues.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
