Your responsibilities as a Sales Specialist will include:
  • Building strong relationships with clients and assisting with product selection and trials
  • Handle the entire order process, from packaging parcels and issuing documents to creating shipping labels for courier companies.
  • Organize and restock inventory to ensure all products are available.
  • Answer customer phone calls and provide updates on order status.
  • Assist customers in the physical store, helping them find products and driving sales.
  • Draft offers for wholesale customers
  • Processing and tracking orders through the ERP system (Pylon)
  • Preparing and following up on quotations and sales proposals
The qualifications for this Sales Specialist role include:
  • Previous work experience in a sales role (1–2 years)
  • Familiarity with ERP software would be a plus
  • Experience managing phone/email communications with B2B clients
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) on a daily basis
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Ability to listen actively, articulate ideas clearly, and persuade others effectively
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a sales pipeline, and meet deadlines
  • Capacity to think on your feet and provide creative solutions to client challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively and positively with colleagues.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
