The candidate must be tech-savvy and is expected to play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations.Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations by leading, supervising, and guiding a cross-functional team. Develop, monitor, and review performance metrics to enhance our organization's effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Managing Partner and senior management to formulate and execute operational and financial strategies that aid in decision-making and business planning.
  • Assume responsibility for and manage all of the company's contractual agreements for both clients and vendors, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals
  • Develop and align financial policies and operational budgets with company objectives, while effectively managing cash flow and ensuring financial stability.
  • Undertake the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee payroll processing and accounting aiming for optimal capital investment and expense management.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive administrative and HR policies to ensure the well-being and efficient management of all employees across departments.
  • Supervise office management and the co-working pillar, ensuring efficient operations and fostering a collaborative workspace environment.
  • Lead and develop the administration, finance and accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, and streamline administrative functions to meet efficiency targets.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
  • At least 5 years of experience in at least a mid-level operational or similar role.
  • The candidate must be tech-savvy and have a familiarization with modern digital business tools like Pipedrive, the Jira ecosystem and Slack.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of successfully enhancing and developing high-performance teams.
  • Proven experience in financial management and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong sense of ownership for quality of work and deliverables with the ability to lead and inspire others.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
