The company's enduring success is attributed to the passion for creativity, the ethics, and dedication of its people, who share the company's vision of making a difference in people’s lives.Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a CMO Purchasing Exports Logistics Warehouse Officer for the Supply Chain /CMOs department at our Marousi premises.As a CMO Purchasing Exports Logistics Warehouse Officer the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing continuous and accurate visibility to purchasing activities and supplier capabilities to meet desired inventory needs. He/ She will coordinate transportation and logistics activities for domestic and international movements of API, materials and finished goods between manufacturing sites and warehouses.More particularly:RequirementsWhat you will do:

Provide tactical purchasing excipients, primary, secondary, tertiary packaging materials
Provide tactical purchasing of customary and ordinary consumables
Provide tactical purchasing of services
Ensure compliance with industry protocols
Be responsible for collection and shipments of finished product, APIs, excipients, and packaging materials
Be responsible for shipments of samples, customary and ordinary consumables
Support actively in storage of materials in – house premises and 3PLs
Ensure destruction of stocks

The ideal candidate should have:

Bachelor/Master in Life Sciences or Engineering (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related pharmaceutical science)
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Exports, Warehouse department in regulated industry (pharmaceutical or consumer products)

Job-Specific Skills:

Experience with cGMP’s and Quality Systems
Experience in developing effective working processes and relationships with internal/external partners and cross-functional project teams
Excellent communication in English language (writing and speaking)
Proficient SAP user - APO experience is considered a plus
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
