Design & Furnishing: Junior AccountantThe Junior Accountant is responsible for the quantitative and value-based receipt of imports and purchases, as well as for updating and monitoring the corresponding payment settlements.They ensure the proper flow of goods and the accurate invoicing of customers, while also checking the credit policy before deliveries.Responsibilities

Quantitative and value-based entry of import and intra-community acquisition receipts

Issuance of invoices and related documents (Invoices, Delivery Notes, Triangular Transactions, Receipts, Returns, etc.)
Entry of intra-community acquisition expenses
Submission to MyData and receipt of MARK (electronic books)
Ensure accurate flow of goods and correct customer invoicin
Verify customer credit policy before deliveries
Monitor and update payment settlements related to purchases and imports

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (TEI or AEI) in Economics, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or invoicing department
Good command of the English language
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Professional demeanor and appearance
Excellent verbal communication skills, sociability, and extroversion
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
