Engage with Swedish-speaking clients to understand their entertainment preferences and requirements.

Manage and oversee the booking process for entertainment experiences, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Address any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding their bookings in a timely and professional manner.
Stay informed about current entertainment trends and local regulations to provide relevant information to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and positive experiences.
Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve the range of entertainment services offered.
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the entertainment industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client engagement.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
