JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a well-known Logistics Carrier is looking for an IT System Administrator.This position will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization, as well as helping to define and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices. This position will be involved in virtually all aspects of IT in order to support our entire organization. Major areas include

Windows Server Administration & Network Management

Application Support, Integration & Management

Help Desk & End User Hardware & Software Support

WMS development & Support

RequirementsAnalyze and research Warehouse Management System (WMS) issues.

Research and perform testing of WMS

Set up and establish new processes in WMS

Recommend resolution of system issues and outages

Train users on new and recurring system activities

Bachelor's degree in IT with 3 to 6 years of related work experience

Proven organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills -

Must possess a high level of self-motivation with keen attention to detail.

Very strong customer service oriented mind-set with the ability to work with all levels of employees

Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and business communication skills. Candidates must be able to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language

Willingness and ability to support team members and equipment outside a traditional office setting including those out-of-state (some overnight travel will be required)

Strong technical knowledge with a broad understanding of Microsoft environment (AD/Exchange/SharePoint/SQL)

Ability to understand applications from the user perspective and the developer mindset

Proficient in industry-standard tools and best practices (VMware, SAN, Disaster

Recovery, mobility, etc.)

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment

Prior technical experience with WMS, MRP, and ERP implementations and support is a plus

Must be a self-starter and able to oversee multiple small and medium sized projects through to completion with limited oversight
