- Responsible of recruiting new advisors through all possible channels
- Propose and find new ways attracting new recruits through different channels
- Plan, organize and execute plans for recruiting new advisors
- Onboard new advisors (explain systems, product etc.)
- Execute cooking demos, organizing cooking classes
- Newcomers onboarding
- Contribute to sales development by booking and executing product demonstrations
- Attending Team meetings
- Full knowledge of the products of the company
- Lead all activities and acting as company ambassador
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales and ideally team leadership
- Extravert and open to people
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Motivated, self-driven, and results oriented
- For the position for continental Greece require travelling in Greece on a regular basis
