  • Passionate About the Sea: A genuine love for the ocean and cruising.
  • Mandatory Boating License: A valid boating license (for Motor Yachts and/or Sailing Yachts) compliant with Greek laws.
  • Team-Oriented: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Adaptable Multitasker: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously with ease.
  • Welcoming Personality: Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanour and a constant smile.
  • Professional Appearance: Presentable, clean, and tidy at all times.
  • Drive for Excellence: A desire to be the captain of the World's Leading Private Cruise.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German or Russian) are a strong advantage.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in yachting or marina services is preferred but not essential.
  • Driving License: A valid driver's license is a plus.
  • Local Expertise: Familiarity with local waters is a significant advantage.
  • Work Eligibility: EU citizens or non-EU citizens with a full-time work permit are welcome to apply.
  • Seasonal Availability: Must be available to work from April to November.
