- Coordination and processing of administrative and organizational tasks in the day-to-day business of the HR department
- Preparatory payroll accounting
- Preparation of Payroll reports, presentations, templates, etc.
- Advising and supporting employees on issues such as labor law and social security law
- Completed studies in the accounting sector
- At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll
- Very good knowledge of English is essential
- Good knowledge of German would be desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools
- Strong communication skills and high service orientation as well as a high degree of commitment and flexibility
- Team player who enjoys working with people
