Coordination and processing of administrative and organizational tasks in the day-to-day business of the HR department

Preparatory payroll accounting

Preparation of Payroll reports, presentations, templates, etc.

Advising and supporting employees on issues such as labor law and social security law

Requirements:

Completed studies in the accounting sector

At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll

Very good knowledge of English is essential

Good knowledge of German would be desirable

Very good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools

Strong communication skills and high service orientation as well as a high degree of commitment and flexibility

Team player who enjoys working with people

Getting things done mentality
