- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including processing enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the payroll system
- File and organize payroll-related documents for easy retrieval
- Maintain vacation and sick time records
- Upload to ERGANI all the necessary information
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payroll-related issues
- Point of contact for employee's request
- Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Answers employees queries about HR-related issues & informs them about any additional benefits they are eligible for (eg maternity leave)
- Liaises with external partners, like payroll vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Additional EU language would be a plus
- Good understanding and experience in office environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of and experience in the contact center industry (not mandatory)
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in Payroll, preferable in a fast-paced environment
- A bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related disciplines
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
- Good knowledge of Greek tax and wage laws
- Advanced Microsoft Office user, experience and knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or Scan HRMS is a plus
