41093 | Audit | Entry Level | Non-Executive | Allianz Greece | Full-Time | PermanentJob PurposeWe are looking for a Junior Internal Auditor who will participate in audits performed by the Audit department for all lines of business. This person will contribute to the whole audit process, from preparation to realization and follow-up, including definition of risk areas, identification of improvements in workflows and processes.Also, the job holder will formulate proposals for solutions, analyze audit results, perform closing meetings together with the audit lead, check if the audit's suggested measures were accomplished (follow up) and support the audit report writing. This person will ensure compliance with audit policies and standards as well as regulatory and legal requirements and will coordinate the collection and preparation of all necessary materials and necessary systems updates.The role reports to the Internal Audit Manager.What you will do

Perform audits in areas of assigned responsibility in all lines of business (Life, Health, P&C), under the supervision of the audit lead
Document audit evidence, including test work performed, findings, and conclusions, in accordance with internal audit standards
Assist in preparing internal audit reports and support the preparation of the closing meetings
Assist in the follow up of open audit issues
Maintain the internal audit tool and documentation
Interact with the auditees participating in meetings and discussions with stakeholders and promote fruitful and effective collaboration to achieve audit objectives

What you bring

Degree in Economics/Finance or similar discipline
Master's degree/ relevant professional qualifications are a plus (e.g. CIA)
Around 0-2 years of experience in similar position in insurance or financial services industries
Excellent command of Greek and English
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in risk assessment, internal controls and regulatory framework

General Skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication skills, as well as active listening and consultancy ability
Organizational & coordination skills
Knowledge of insurance core business products (P&C, Life, Health), processes (e.g. claims, sales & distribution management, actuarial pricing) is a plus
