As a key member of our Enterprise Solutions unit, you will drive strategic sales initiatives, identify high-impact growth opportunities, and help position Netcompany as a trusted advisor and technology partner for advanced data and AI transformation across all industries.You will report directly to the Enterprise Unit Head of Sales and work closely with the Data Intelligence and AI Leader to translate client needs into actionable and value-led proposals. Your primary focus will be to expand Netcompany's Data & AI footprint across key verticals-Energy, Financial Services, Public Sector, Telcos, Manufacturing, and Healthcare-while contributing to the development of reusable value propositions, pursuit strategies, and go-to-market plans.As a Sales Lead in the Data Analytics & AI area, you will shape solutioning excellence and client engagement across key proposals, RFPs, and co-innovation initiatives. You will also take ownership of the entire sales lifecycle-from opportunity identification to deal closure-including commercial structuring, negotiation, and performance tracking.The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can innovate, adapt, and excel in a fast-paced environment.So, what are the main responsibilities of the Data Analytics and AI Sales Lead in Netcompany?
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across sectors.
- Collaborate with Data Intelligence and AI Leader and own/manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle for Data Analytics and AI solutions, including lead generation, value propositioning, proposal shaping, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Shape and proactively position compelling sales narratives around Netcompany's Data & AI capabilities, platforms, and accelerators such as PULSE, EASLEY, and FENIX.
- Collaborate with the Data Intelligence and AI Leader, Pre-Sales Lead, and delivery teams to co-create tailored solutions, shape business cases, and drive co-innovation partnerships.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through market analysis, strategic targeting, and proactive outreach.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in Data Analytics and AI to inform sales and solution strategies.
- Support and lead account planning and performance monitoring activities, including pipeline development, win strategies, and pursuit governance.
- Contribute to the evolution and execution of Netcompany's go-to-market strategy, including segmentation models, reusable value propositions, and campaign support.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in consulting or solution sales, with at least 5 years in the field of data analytics and/or AI.
- Demonstrated success in complex B2B sales and proposal leadership.
- Excellent communication skills (Greek and English).
- A passion for innovation, customer success, and Netcompany's mission to deliver digital transformation at scale.
- Proven track record of sales leadership in data analytics and/or AI-driven consulting engagements, ideally within a Big 4, strategic consulting firm, or enterprise IT environment.
- Experience in shaping and closing large-scale transformation deals (€1M+) in analytics, AI/ML, or data platform space.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate business value from complex technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives and influence client decision-making.
- Familiarity with sales KPIs and commercial ownership metrics (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion rate, average deal size).
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric), advanced analytics tools, and GenAI ecosystems.
- Understanding of cloud-native data architectures (lakehouse, medallion), MLOps/AI lifecycle, and enterprise data governance principles.
- Awareness of AI regulatory trends, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and compliance frameworks is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills tailored to executive audiences.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive business results.
