- Monitor booking trends and competitive set activity to recommend pricing and distribution adjustments that favor direct channels.
- Support rate loading, tactical campaigns, and channel-specific pricing aligned with the overarching revenue strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team to ensure rate strategies, promotions, and availability are effectively executed across the direct booking engine and third-party channels.
- Develop and execute the resorts’ digital strategy to increase web traffic, direct bookings, and online conversions.
- Manage the resorts’ official websites, ensuring up-to-date content, SEO optimization, and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams on PPC, SEO, display, email, and social campaigns.
- Track and analyze website performance metrics and booking funnel analytics to drive improvement.
- Manage all OTA (Online Travel Agent) platforms.
- Ensure rate parity and availability across OTAs, direct website, metasearch engines, and GDS.
- Maintain accurate and appealing content, images, and descriptions across all online channels.
- Coordinate promotions and packages with third-party partners and wholesalers.
- Oversee creation and updates of digital content (text, photography, video) across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging across e-commerce and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with property teams for seasonal promotions, offers, and localized campaigns.
- Work with PMS, Channel Manager, RMS and booking engine providers to ensure optimal configuration and connectivity.
- Monitor and troubleshoot rate and inventory issues across systems.
- Coordinate technical setups for new channels, rate plans, and promotions.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports (direct vs. OTA bookings, channel mix, conversion rates).
- Monitor online performance metrics including ROI, bounce rates, click-through rates.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights and consumer behavior trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing or Hospitality.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce in the hospitality industry, preferably in multi-property operations.
- Understanding of revenue management principles, pricing logic, and dynamic inventory allocation.
- Experience with CRS, Channel Managers, and Booking Engines.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and SEO tools.
- Familiarity with platforms and web optimization tools.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital hospitality.
- Experience working with luxury or lifestyle resort brands.
- Multilingual content management or localization experience.
- Certification in digital marketing, SEO, or Google Ads is a plus.
