- Relevant, higher education. Technical, Business and / or Shipping educational background would be preferred
- Very good knowledge of the Greek Ship Owners/Operators and Ship Managers Market.
- Knowledge on operational practices, as well as Life Cycle Management processes.
- Structured, reliable, good in networking and with collaboration skills.
- At least, 5 years of working experience within the maritime industry.
- Experience in preparation, delivery and negotiation of commercial proposals.
- Proven track record in delivering business results in both favorable and unfavorable conditions
- Market and business oriented
- Experienced in working in complex matrix organization structures
- Positive and outgoing with ability to establish and maintain good customer relations
- Excellent cooperative, communication and networking skills
- Ability to deal with several activities simultaneously in a hectic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Willing to travel internationally.
- Maintain and develop key customer relationship.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with our product lifecycle philosophy
- Proactively present our product lifecycle status including product obsolescence, system improvements and recommended upgrades etc.
- Be an active part in implementing strategies to maximize aftermarket potential.
- Participate in developing aftermarket products and services based on customer feedback.
- Own customer relation responsibility (KAM list) and distributes KAM responsibility
- Lead in identifying and nurturing local new sales and aftermarket sales leads, through proactive customer development
