- Provide leadership to guide hospitality department and teams across all departments.
- Oversee all operations, including hotels, villas, restaurants, and other hospitality services.
- Monitor and optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Implement inventory control and identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customer service and personalized experiences.
- Implement innovative guest engagement strategies and technologies like company's app and virtual butler.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives while implementing inventory control.
- Lead efforts to expand Sandglass regionally through various strategies, including acquisitions, partnerships, or opening new properties.
- Assess market opportunities and conduct feasibility studies for expansion projects.
- Manage and strengthen company's brand identity and standards across all properties and services.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning and transparency.
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to direct reports.
- Ensure consistent quality and service standards across all properties and regions.
- Implement quality control measures and maintain favorable online reviews.

- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Administration or related career preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- 3 years of experience in managerial / leadership positions
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, PPT, Point of Sale system, reservation system, booking engines, electronic invoicing systems, OTAS
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Knowledge of hotel management, budget management, creation and execution, cost control, event
- Experience of recruiting, training, leading and coaching team members – ie direct or indirect team
