- Manage the receipt of assigned real estate assets documentation from the client and execute the registration of real estate assets,
- Prepare the data quality analysis of portfolio and respective remediation process where applicable for mature assets to exit through monetization,
- Handle the eviction process in cooperation with the client,
- Manage the Technical and Legal due diligence operational handling according to predefined time schedule and SLA compliance, to identify:
- (a) additional requests/clarifications/amendments of received material and
- (b) the properties’ actual technical and legal status,
- Coordinate an existing network of external providers,
- Oversee deliverables from external providers,
- Manage timely resolution of all approved legal, technical, commercial and regulatory issues,
- Administrate timely resolution of all approved legal, technical, commercial and regulatory issues,
- Collect and report all expense related documents/invoices for the REO portfolio,
- Work closely with Legal, Technical, Commercialization and Underwriting departments on monitoring property performance,
- Maintain and enhance client’s relationship, prepare reports and presentations to the client
- Strong communication/presentation skills – to be able to explain/present the decisions clearly and forming & promoting good relationships with the team,
- Confident decision-making – to be decisive and able to make informed decisions,
- Strong problem - solving skills, to take ownership of problems and turn them into opportunities,
- Proven Project Management skills,
- Initiative – to be always on the lookout for new opportunities and solutions,
- Analytical skills – to look behind the headlines and to identify meaningful trends,
- Resilient in pressure, team-player with good communication skills
- Bachelor’s and/or Masters’ degree in Real Estate, business, finance, legal or any engineering degree,
- 1-3 years’ experience in coordinating projects, (experience in a relevant role within a REO company will be considered an asset),
- Strong team working skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Advanced knowledge of computer and MS Office
