We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist with a passion for crafting engaging content and driving impactful digital campaigns. As a Social Media Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape and elevate our clients' online presence through compelling storytelling and innovative social media strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, business growth for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Administering Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok etc.), developing and implementing the social media strategy. Designing and executing social media campaigns aligned with business goals and performance analytics. Creating digital content based on the brand strategy and marketing objectives. Publishing on social media using social media marketing tools. Acting as a copywriter to ensure content is informative and appealing. Monitoring SEO and user engagement, to suggest content optimization. Handling email marketing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with external partners/customers. Qualifications: BSc in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or equivalent field MSc in relevant fields will be considered an asset 3+ years working experience in Digital services (social media management, marketing campaigns) Expertise in visual content creation (canvas) Video editing skills, with experience in software like Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools Understanding of SEO and social media metrics Deep knowledge of data analytics for re-strategy and re-marketing Good understanding of social media KPIs Strong digital literacy Excellent verbal and especially written communication skills in Greek and English.
