- Be one of the points of contact servicing our insureds
- Offer guidance, support and clarifications to the insureds, regarding the procedure to correct file claim
- Effectively resolve disputes with insurance companies
- Dully explain the plan's offered benefits and ways to optimize its full capacity
- Support HR specialists in healthcare market and relevant issues that they should be aware of
- At least 2 years of working experience in handling Health & Benefits claims queries
- Strong knowledge of the Greek Health & Benefits insurance market operations and procedures
- Alternatively, 3-5 years of work experience in a Life Agency as either customer service expert or as back office administrator
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Avid user of technology
- Proficient in both Greek and English
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- The ability to handle different insureds' backgrounds and personalities
- Expertise in Employee Health & Benefits Department will be appreciated
- Sense of empathy in balance with time management
- Kind and professional manners with attention to detail
- Team player
