This is not simply our job, it's our passion.About The RoleAs Beauty Technician in One&Only Kea Island you will provide all nails treatments as per the treatment menu and SOP provided as well as have the ability to maximize sales and upgrades. Beauty Technician has the responsibility of maintaining the nail bar and it surroundings in line with the wellbeing of the guest and the colleagues. The most important expectation from this role is to interact with the guests, recommend treatments, place bookings and prescribe products.This is a seasonal employment opportunity based on Kea Island in Greece.Key duties and responsibilities

to perform all treatments at an exceptional standard whilst tailoring the service to guest's specific needs
to provide personalized recommendations and upsale retail products
to create and continuosuly develop excpetional nail art in line with current industry trends and guests expectations
to maintain the highest standard of guest service and display genuine care and attention to detail
to follow opening and closing procedures correctly, reporting any maintenance issues to the Manager

Skills and experience

minimum 1 year experience in an established nail studio/beauty salon
excellent communication skills
understanding of luxury service standards
