- Develop and execute strategic account plans for a defined portfolio of major clients across various regions and industries.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and secure long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in each client organization.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, including Sales Support, Customer Service, Credit, Legal, Billing, Energy Management, and Product.
- Provide tailored solutions aligned with customer needs and our product/service offering (electricity, natural gas, e-mobility, efficiency solutions, etc.).
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, or commercial roles with direct customer interaction.
- Strong understanding of the energy market or related sectors (e.g., power and gas supply, hedging, demand response, e-mobility).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients' strategic goals and provide value-driven solutions.
