The company’s enduring success is attributed to a passion for creativity, strong ethics, and the dedication of its people, who share a commitment to the company's vision of making a difference in people’s lives.Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit Electrician for the Engineering department in our Pallini premises.As an Electrician, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of the equipment needed in the production process.More particularly:RequirementsWhat you will do:

Be responsible for the factory machines maintenance according to the maintenance schedule, keeping the necessary maintenance records.
Maintain and organize all the electrical equipment of the factory (Facility and machines)
Propose and implement ways to improve the operation of the factory’s mechanical equipment in cooperation with the engineering team
Be responsible for maintaining and updating the electrical spares warehouse.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines during the production process to ensure smooth operations

The ideal candidate should have:

BSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset

Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of factory and machine automations
Ability to manage tasks effectively within timelines
