- Your role will encompass:
- Responsible for developing, coordinating and executing RfQs and proposals, related but not limited to ESCO projects, Grid and construction projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients mainly in the private and public sector.
- Understand client needs and requirements to effectively present the company's solutions. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our solutions and customize solutions to meet clients' specific requirements and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and support staff, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Coordinate with internal or external team to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
- What you bring to the role:
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
- At least 4-5 years' experience in sales. Especially in project sales.
- Must have experience with construction, grid, transmission line or related projects.
- Strong experience with tenders/proposals.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Competency in PC use (MS Office, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
