At MYTILINEOS, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team as part of our Grid & Digital Solutions department in the M Power Projects division.
  • Your role will encompass:
  • Responsible for developing, coordinating and executing RfQs and proposals, related but not limited to ESCO projects, Grid and construction projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients mainly in the private and public sector.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to effectively present the company's solutions. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of our solutions and customize solutions to meet clients' specific requirements and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and support staff, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Coordinate with internal or external team to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
  • What you bring to the role:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
  • At least 4-5 years' experience in sales. Especially in project sales.
  • Must have experience with construction, grid, transmission line or related projects.
  • Strong experience with tenders/proposals.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Competency in PC use (MS Office, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player.
