At MYTILINEOS, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team as part of our Grid & Digital Solutions department in the M Power Projects division.

Your role will encompass:

Responsible for developing, coordinating and executing RfQs and proposals, related but not limited to ESCO projects, Grid and construction projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients mainly in the private and public sector.
Understand client needs and requirements to effectively present the company's solutions. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Educate clients on the benefits of our solutions and customize solutions to meet clients' specific requirements and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and support staff, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Coordinate with internal or external team to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.

What you bring to the role:

Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
At least 4-5 years' experience in sales. Especially in project sales.
Must have experience with construction, grid, transmission line or related projects.
Strong experience with tenders/proposals.
Fluency in English is essential.
Competency in PC use (MS Office, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player.
