Spectricon seeks to hire a full time Senior Software Engineer to join its dynamic R&D team. The company designs and produces innovative, high end hyperspectral cameras which are exported in the USA, EU, China, Japan .RequirementsResponsibilities * You should be able to produce and implement complex software solutions, independently

You will be working with the senior management in designing, configuring and testing innovative spectral imaging systems
You will take the lead on technical and operational projects
You will joint and expand our industrial and academic network

Requirements * BSc/MSc/PhD degree, in CS, ECE, and related fields

Deep knowledge and proven 4 years of experience in:

Design, development and maintenance of desktop software applications with C++ and Qt (Widgets).

GPU programming
Design, development and maintenance of software on microcontrollers (firmware).
Software design, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
OpenCL and OpenGL for graphics and data processing acceleration.
Version control systems (Git).

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with emphasis on drafting (in English) scientific publications,grant applications and technical reports4. Work with physical presence in Spectricon’s premises located in Chania, Crete, GreeceIf you have experience in software development and agile methodologies, we certainly would like to see you.
