Groom

• Ensure a polite and warm welcome to all guests
• Serve welcome drinks upon guests' arrival
• Collect and deliver guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner
• Provide information of hotel facilities, services and local area
• Keep the lobby and surrounding public areas clean and tidy
• Assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested
• Other tasks as requested by management and/or Front Desk shift leader or Guest Relations Agent

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position ideally within a 4* or 5* hotel
• Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English both written and verbal (A second foreign language will be considered an asset)
• Pleasant personality with enviable customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, including a neat and well-groomed appearance and the ability to maintain confidentiality
