Santikos Collection, a renowned hospitality company specializing in luxury resorts and hotels, is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pastry Cook to join our exceptional culinary team. As a Pastry Cook, you will have the opportunity to work at one of our exquisite properties and contribute to the unforgettable dining experiences we offer to our esteemed guests.In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality pastries, ensuring that all desserts are made according to our strict standards of excellence. Under the guidance of our experienced chefs, you will collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional desserts and pastries that impress our guests.We are looking for individuals with a strong culinary background, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for creating delightful and visually stunning pastries.   • Previous experience as a Pastry Cook within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong pastry skills and knowledge of various pastry techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation practices.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook pastries according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of all desserts and pastries.
  • Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff for smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Participate in menu planning and development of new pastries and desserts.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
