- Utilize CRM programs/software to extract, analyze, and interpret data related to shipping and road transportation operations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define requirements, and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into data to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Customize and configure CRM systems to optimize reporting capabilities and meet specific business needs.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate external data sources into CRM systems for comprehensive analysis.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data analysis and performance metrics.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in reporting and analytics.
- Train sales and marketing teams on CRM best practices, procedures, and tools to ensure effective utilization and adoption.
- Proven experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Fluency in English is essential. Additional European languages are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and advanced Excel skills.
- 3-5 years of experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role, with expertise in CRM software. Proficiency in Orian ERP will be considered a plus.
