We are actively seeking a CRM Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join our team at our offices in Marousi.At Streem Global, we are pioneers in logistics. We are embarking on a bold new direction, expanding our capabilities to become a truly end-to-end logistics service provider that can deliver intelligent solutions for customers around the world.StreemGlobal continues to grow at a rapid pace with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals.The Reporting and Analytics Specialist will play a critical role in leveraging data from CRM programs/software and analyzing shipping and road transportation operations to provide insights and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data reporting tools, and a deep understanding of logistics operations.Responsibilities:

Utilize CRM programs/software to extract, analyze, and interpret data related to shipping and road transportation operations.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define requirements, and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into data to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
Customize and configure CRM systems to optimize reporting capabilities and meet specific business needs.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate external data sources into CRM systems for comprehensive analysis.
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data analysis and performance metrics.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in reporting and analytics.
Train sales and marketing teams on CRM best practices, procedures, and tools to ensure effective utilization and adoption.

Requirements

Proven experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with data reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Fluency in English is essential. Additional European languages are advantageous.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and advanced Excel skills.
3-5 years of experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role, with expertise in CRM software. Proficiency in Orian ERP will be considered a plus.
