ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is in search of a Sales Engineer. Our client is a Greek company specializes in distribution of multinational brands for industrial and marine clients. Location: Athens Working Model: On-site You will be reporting to: General Manager Responsibilities The purpose of the role is to contribute to growth and development of clients in Greece as well as include growing the company's revenue. More specifically: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on the selection, installation, and operation of the water treatment solutions. Collaborate with customers to understand their water treatment needs and challenges and develop tailored solutions that address their specific requirements. Work closely with the sales team to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and stakeholders within target industries, fostering trust and credibility as a trusted advisor. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation, including equipment installation, testing, and commissioning, to meet customer expectations and timelines. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in technical sales or engineering roles within the water treatment industry, with a focus on dosing pumps, control instruments, and related equipment. Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes, including chlorination, pH regulation, and disinfection methods. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support business development activities. Benefits: Competitive compensation, bonus & full benefits package.
