- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of all Food & Beverage outlets across the Group’s managed properties.
- Develop, implement, and monitor F&B strategies aligned with company goals and brand standards.
- Collaborate with General Managers and F&B Managers to enhance service quality, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
- Establish and monitor quality standards for service, menu design, and overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chefs, Restaurant Managers, and Hotel General Managers to optimize operations.
- Analyze financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures for F&B departments.
- Plan, organize, and conduct on-site visits to support and audit property-level operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Represent F&B operations in management meetings and liaise with corporate partners and hotel owners.
- Report directly to the Director of Operations, providing regular updates on KPIs and operational performance.
- University/College degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive F&B management experience, preferably at group or cluster level.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties.
- Proven record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence in F&B.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B trends, international dining standards, and cost management practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent command of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek & English (verbal & written).
