
Laundry Team Leader, Costa Navarino

- Supervise laundry facilities, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth daily operations.
- Oversee guest laundry services and accurate system charges (MICROS).
- Support and guide the team across all workstations (washing -ironing, guest clothes, uniforms, bedlinen from villas, linen & uniform storage).
- Maintain productivity and inventory records (linen, uniforms, damaged items, seasonal needs).
- Distribute uniforms to staff, manage handover processes, and update records.
- Coordinate schedules with external laundry providers according to occupancy and operational needs.
- Place and monitor orders for departmental supplies (sap).
- Plan staff schedules (shifts, leave, HR records) in line with labor law and hotel policies.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, SOPs, and brand policies; train and monitor the team.
- Participate in training programs and encourage team development.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, other departments, and suppliers.
- Experience in similar position will be considered a plus
- Technical expertise in linen care and laundry operations
- Computer literacy & hotel systems (Opera PMS, MICROS, etc.)
- English language
- Health & Safety knowledge and compliance monitoring
