- Analyze consumer insights and brand positioning
- Develop and execute solid brand vision, brand plans and route-to-market strategies
- Closely co-operate and engage internal stakeholders (sales, finance etc.) as well as external partners (creative & media agencies)
- Inspire trust, passion and winning attitude around refreshment agenda across the company
- Track market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing mix activities
- Review and report brand performance, financials and forecast
- Monitor product distribution
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business is required (MBA or Master Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business will be considered a plus)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Brand Manager - Modern Trade Marketing role (360 marketing activation experience); ideally in a FMCG environment
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative Market Data (Nielsen-IRI)
- New product launches
- Growth mindset, commercial understanding and a strategic approach towards business development
- Excellent communication skills with a creative market-oriented approach
