We are looking for a motivated Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development, transformation, and visualization of business-critical data. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with structured data, creating impactful dashboards, and supporting decision-making processes through reliable data pipelines.As a Data Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team where data quality, performance, and usability are at the center of every deliverable. You will work with both technical and business stakeholders to shape data into meaningful insights.Your key responsibilities will be:

Design, implement, and maintain data queries, stored procedures, and views to support reporting needs.
Develop and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI, applying best practices in DAX and data visualization.
Collaborate with data consumers and analysts to understand reporting requirements and translate them into data models.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through proactive validation and testing of datasets.
Participate in the design of data warehouse solutions, contributing to architecture and performance optimization.
Support ETL activities and data integration workflows.
Document data flows, logic, and dashboard structures to ensure transparency and reusability.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or a related field.

Solid experience with SQL, including complex queries, joins, and stored procedures.

Strong knowledge of Power BI – both in DAX and data visualization best practices.

Familiarity with data warehouse design concepts and dimensional modeling.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.

Nice to have (not mandatory): Experience with IBM DataStage or Cloud Pak for Data.

Fluency in English (written and verbal).

EU citizenship is required.
