- Cultivate and grow relationships with top media agencies and brands
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, craft impactful media strategies
- Lead and empower a team of talented country sales managers
- Deliver performance-driven, full-funnel advertising solutions
- Help our clients win across the Open Web while driving our mission forward
- Own and execute our regional sales strategy
- Support, mentor, and elevate local sales teams
- Develop trusted, consultative relationships with clients and partners
- Pinpoint growth opportunities and tailor impactful media strategies
- Craft insightful presentations and proposals that speak to client needs
- Collaborate across teams to ensure long-term client success
- Oversee forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting
- 5+ years of hands-on digital ad sales experience in regional markets
- A proven leader who’s grown businesses and teams
- Ability to travel
- Deep knowledge of programmatic, performance advertising, and media buying
- Sharp commercial instincts and a consultative sales style
- Fluent English speaker (bonus if you bring other languages too!)
