We're searching for an ambitious Community Growth & Content Specialist, eager to accelerate their career and play a crucial role in a dynamic startup environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to reshape education, empowering learners to excel in vital soft skills such as communication, empathy, negotiation, and creativity.As a key member of our product team, you'll uphold the excellence of our community tutors and the content crafted by our team and community creators. Working alongside our Learning Experience Design Lead and Chief Product Officer, you will drive the growth and engagement of the Morphoses community, fostering an environment of learning, innovation, and collaboration.Your Impact:

Strategic Development: Craft and implement outreach strategies to attract and onboard premier tutors, enhancing our community's quality and reach.
Community Management: Oversee the full cycle of community member engagement, from welcoming new tutors to ensuring a smooth transition for those departing.
Engagement and Support: Boost community interaction and commitment by offering continuous support, feedback, and resources to augment member skills and performance.
Collaboration and Communication: Encourage a culture of knowledge exchange and teamwork among tutors and content creators to amplify collective success.
Quality Assurance: Perform meticulous QA checks, guaranteeing that all content aligns with our high standards and educational goals.
Content Creation: Generate captivating content for curricula, learning materials, and blog posts, ensuring alignment with our educational ethos.
Hands-on Involvement: Deliver at least two classes weekly to maintain direct engagement with our learning community and educational approach.

Robust academic background in psychology or education.

At least 3 years of progressive experience in education or psychology-related roles. * Exceptional writing skills in both English and Greek.

Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of online design and writing tools/platforms.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, complemented by initiative and strong organizational capabilities.
A passionate commitment to contributing to the further development of the Morphoses vision and educational framework.

Bonus Points:

Proficiency in utilizing platforms such as Discord, various Learning Management Systems and Educational Platforms

Previous experience working in an ed-tech startup * Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and simplify complex concepts into clear, impactful language.Benefits
