- Assist clients with property searches, viewings, and the buying or rental processes.
- Provide accurate information on property details, market conditions, and financing options.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other departments to meet client needs.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulations to offer informed assistance.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and assist clients effectively.
- Familiarity with property management software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
