Design, deploy, and manage complex IT systems and services to meet organizational needs.
Configure and optimize network infrastructure for maximum performance and reliability.
Monitor and maintain the availability of IT systems, resolving issues promptly.
Demonstrate knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability).
Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public, and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services.
Define optimal design patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for applications.
Implement Security Best Practices and ensure cloud security.
Create and manage automation in infrastructure.
Evaluate cloud infrastructure costs.
Contribute to DevOps development activities and complex development tasks.
Ensure delivered solutions meet/perform to technical and functional/non-functional requirements.
Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issues, including the determination and provision of workaround solutions or escalation to service owners.
Facilitate incident response efforts, investigating and resolving complex technical issues and security breaches/issues.
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Participate in on-call duties to handle critical incidents and emergencies outside regular business hours.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, including system configurations, incident reports, and security policies.
Generate regular reports on system performance, security, and cost analysis.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and documentation of common issues and solutions.
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO 20000.
Support the continued implementation of Group policies.
Adhere to ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing complex IT systems and services.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure configuration and optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud technologies.
Experience in developing solutions architecture for cloud environments.
Knowledge of security best practices.
Strong automation skills for infrastructure management.
Incident response and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
Availability for on-call duties and handling emergencies outside regular business hours.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
Excellent command of the English and Greek language
