On behalf of our client, an independent E&P company focused on developing resources in the Mediterranean, we are currently looking for a ΙΤ Support - Helpdesk technician, to join its team.RequirementsYour day-to-day

Mix in First & Second level troubleshooting and support for IT issues
Support and maintain company’s infrastructure
Prepare, inventory, and deploy end-users’ equipment (laptop/workstations)
Provide technical user support across the group (on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access)
Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
Set up accounts for new users
Repair and replace equipment as necessary
Handle communication with hardware and service providers to fulfill IT procurement requests
Document hardware and software problems (building a knowledge base)

What you will need

Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar
At least 1 year experience in similar positions
Fluency in Greek and English language, both written & spoken
Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft O365 platform
Basic knowledge and understanding on firewalls, security, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN technology etc.)
Basic knowledge on Microsoft Server (Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, etc.)
