- Mix in First & Second level troubleshooting and support for IT issues
- Support and maintain company’s infrastructure
- Prepare, inventory, and deploy end-users’ equipment (laptop/workstations)
- Provide technical user support across the group (on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access)
- Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
- Set up accounts for new users
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary
- Handle communication with hardware and service providers to fulfill IT procurement requests
- Document hardware and software problems (building a knowledge base)
- Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar
- At least 1 year experience in similar positions
- Fluency in Greek and English language, both written & spoken
- Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft O365 platform
- Basic knowledge and understanding on firewalls, security, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN technology etc.)
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Server (Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, etc.)
