
HR Analytics Specialist

- Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources including but not limited to data from ATS, HRIS, employee surveys and other sources
- Develop and maintain regular HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring metrics)
- Partner with stakeholders to identify KPIs and measure ad hoc the impact of strategy initiatives or business cases
- Analyze data and provide statistics for trends and patterns with attention to rewards, recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover and culture
- Contribute to HR data governance and quality improvement efforts
- Support automation of reporting processes and improve data workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR analytics, HR reporting, or data analysis roles
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, SPSS or R for data manipulation
- Knowledge of basic statistical concepts or HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, time to fill)
- Experience with at least one HRIS (e.g., Workable, SAP SuccessFactors..)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- Very good written and spoken English is required
