Assist Swedish-speaking clients with inquiries, reservations, and service requests
Provide detailed information on our services, facilities, and local attractions
Quickly identify and resolve any issues or complaints to enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service transactions
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Gather guest feedback to inform and improve service quality
Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
