Act as a role model and inspire the team, by embodying the culture and values of the brand.
Support the general store management through task and objectives assignment to the team.
Drive sales initiatives and strategies to achieve the sales targets, monitoring performance metrics and implementing action plans to optimize results.
Act as a reference point for the clients during the after sales activities.
Participate in the business development through proposals of commercial actions and by monitoring the business performance indicators.

The qualifications for this Team Supervisor role are:

Bachelor's degree preferably with a fashion/linguistic focus.
At least 5 years of experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end fashion company. An international background is a plus.

Fluency in Greek and English. Italian or a third language will be considered an advantage.
Availability, flexibility and dynamism to function in a high-pace environment.

Skills:

Excellent selling skills, willingness to achieve and exceed targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Determined to be part of an innovative retail project, for which passion and motivation for selling are required together with a strong aesthetic sense.
