Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and effective service delivery
Collect and implement guest feedback to improve service quality
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your expertise
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality service
