- Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures
- Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety
- Manage all aspects of full-service food and beverage procedures on a daily basis
- Ensure compliance with Andronis' standards and kitchen's smooth operation
- Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials, guests' food allergies or restrictions
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meets guest's expectations
- Be responsible and accountable for the overall food cost as well as kitchen supplies, kitchen energy costs and kitchen utensils.
- 5 years' experience in relevant position
- Experience in Mediterranean cuisine
- Be aware of new trends and keep abreast with any changes in the market
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
- Be familiar with Food and Beverage industry's technology
- Be a team player and a great communicator with colleagues and managers in all departments
- Be informed about other cultures and dairy restrictions
