Spanish Speaking Airline Customer Service Agent

• Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and baggage policies.
• Effectively manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient follow-up and tracking.
• Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and services to offer accurate information to customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized service and support during their travel journey.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for travel and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
